Maître de conférences en mécanique et génie civil, elle s'intéresse à découvrir et développer des outils efficaces et efficients pour étudier les matériaux complexes à microstructure interne tels que les matériaux composites, cellulaires, hiérarchiques ou architecturés. Une compréhension et une modélisation correcte du comportement de ces nouveaux matériaux est d'intérêt crucial pour garantir la sécurité des personnes et infrastructures. En effet, une meilleure précision dans la prédiction du comportement de ces matériaux est l’élément clé permettant par la suite l’optimisation de leur structure interne.
